All our sportswear is customized based on your design, logo, and sizing inputs. Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Orders & Payment:
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Payment must be made through approved methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
3. Production Time:
Standard production time is 2–3 weeks, depending on order size. Bulk or complex orders may require additional time.
4. Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping is arranged through reliable logistics partners. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or third-party carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds:
Since products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. Any such request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
6. Intellectual Property:
By submitting your logo or design, you confirm you have the rights to use that material. Zehan Sports is not liable for any copyright disputes.
7. Pricing & Changes:
Prices may change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price remains fixed.
